Location
- Utica, New York
Schedule
- Night shift
- 36 hours per week
- 6:30 p.m. to 7:00 a.m.
- Floating required
- Block scheduling is not guaranteed
Contract Length
- 13 weeks
Required Qualifications
- Active New York RN license and all active RN licenses
- 2+ years of medical-surgical experience with stroke stepdown experience
- Prior travel experience required
- Current AHA BLS
- NIHSS
- Skills checklist matching the specialty
- Resume
- Driver’s license with address matching demographics
- NURSYS report
- RTO must be included at time of submission
Unit Details
- Adult medical-surgical stroke stepdown unit
- 64 beds
- Common patient diagnoses include stroke, altered mental status, renal, dialysis, COPD, CHF, isolation, general med surg, pneumonia, and pulmonary issues
- Specialty equipment includes IV pumps, N/G tubes, and feeding tubes
