Job Details

• Location: Cleveland, Ohio
• Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM
• Contract length: 13 weeks
• Employment type: Long-term assignment

Required Qualifications

• Active RN license
• Non-expired photo ID
• 2 professional references from the last 2 years
• Resume
• Completed job application
• Employment history form confirming previous employment with the facility, if applicable

Onboarding / Compliance Requirements

• 2-step TB test or IGRA with negative results within the last 6 months
• Background check completed within 6 months of start
• OIG search completed within 6 months prior to start
• SAM/EPLS/GSA/OFAC screening completed within 6 months prior to start
• Drug screen completed within 60 days of start
• Safety and compliance training modules completed before clearance
• Badge photo
• Influenza vaccine proof required from October through March, or approved declination/medical accommodation documentation

Notes

• If the influenza vaccine is declined, masking is required while working
• If the TB test is positive, a clear chest x-ray and current TB questionnaire are required
• If the background check has a hit, a candidate statement is required for review
