Description

PACU Registered Nurse

Overview

Location: Madison, Wisconsin
Employment type: Travel/Contract
Contract length: 13 weeks
Shift: Day/Evening, 10-hour shifts, Monday through Friday
Start time: Between 10:00 a.m. and 1:00 p.m., depending on scheduling and operational needs
On-call: Possible weekend on-call shifts, with 1–2 weekend call shifts during the assignment

Required Qualifications

Valid RN license in Wisconsin
Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
PACU - Post Anesthesia Care experience within the last year
1 year of PACU - Post Anesthesia Care experience
Critical care background
Experience working pre/post operatively with varied surgical patient populations
Experience with Epic
ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support issued by American Heart Association
BLS - Basic Life Support issued by American Heart Association
