Employment type: LTA
Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM
Contract length: 13 weeks
Interview required

Required Qualifications

Valid RN license in Ohio
Med Surg (2 years of experience)
Med Surg experience within the last year
BLS issued by American Heart Association
Phlebotomy
Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
Driver's License
Tracheostomy and chronic ventilator patient care experience
Long Term Acute Care experience
Experience with Epic

Scheduling / Work Expectations

Must be able to work every other weekend
No block schedule requests
RTO must be submitted at time of application and cannot exceed 7 days
No RTO allowed during the first two weeks of the assignment

Onboarding / Compliance

Unit-specific competency exam and skills checklist required
Core competencies required
Annual or pre-start health and screening requirements apply, including fit test, health statement, immunization/titer documentation, TB screening, drug screen, background check, exclusion checks, and education verification

Dress Code

Solid black scrubs required
