Job Overview
- Location: Berwyn, Illinois
- Schedule: Friday, Saturday, and Sunday nights, 7:00 PM–7:30 AM
- Contract length: 13 weeks
- Employment type: Long-term assignment
Required Qualifications
- Valid CT Technologist license in Illinois
- CT Technologist experience within the last year
- 1 year of CT Technologist experience
- BLS issued by American Heart Association
- Driver's License

- COVID-19 vaccine documentation, declination, or exemption; declination is not accepted in Illinois
- 10-panel drug screen completed within 30 days of start
- MMR documentation
- Fit test for a 3M N95 1860 respirator mask, size small or regular
- Hepatitis B documentation or declination
- TB screening: 2-step PPD or IGRA within one year of start
- Varicella documentation
- Physical/health statement from an exam within the last year
- Confidentiality and information security agreement
- Conflict of interest disclosure form
- Criminal background check
- Education verification
- EPLS screening
- GSA/OIG screening
- Integrity and audit services form
- Joint Commission testing
- NSO screening
- System access form
- Code of conduct form
