Job Details
- Location: Ravenna, Ohio
- Employment type: LTA
- Contract length: 13 weeks
- Shift: 3:00 PM - 1:30 AM
- Schedule: Mostly afternoon shifts, 4 ten-hour shifts per week, every third weekend, with possible holiday coverage
Required Qualifications
- Valid CT Technologist license in Ohio
- CT Technologist (1 year of experience)
- CT Technologist experience within the last year
- Driver's License
- Current, non-expired photo ID
- 2 professional references from the last 2 years
- Resume
- Job application completed by the candidate
- Employment history form confirming previous employment with the health system, if applicable
Onboarding Requirements
- 2-step TB test or IGRA (QuantiFERON/T-SPOT) within the last 6 months
- Background check
- OIG search
- SAM/EPLS/GSA/OFAC screening
- Drug screen
- Completion of required safety and compliance training modules
- Badge photo
Additional Notes
- Influenza vaccine documentation is required from October through March
- If declining flu vaccination, masking attestation and influenza declination forms are required
- Medical exemption requires the specified accommodation form and a physician-signed letter
