Job Overview

• Schedule: 3 shifts per week
• Unit setting: Float pool covering Med/Surg telemetry units and SDU

Required Qualifications

• Valid RN license in Ohio
• Float (2 years of experience)
• Float experience within the last year
• Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
• Driver's License

Onboarding / Compliance Requirements

• 2-step TB test or IGRA (Quantiferon/T-Spot), with negative results within the last 6 months
• Criminal background check completed within 6 months of start
• OIG search completed within 6 months of start
• SAM/EPLS/GSA/OFAC screening completed within 6 months of start
• Drug screen completed within 60 days of start
• Safety and compliance training modules completed before clearance
• Badge photo for onboarding

Health Requirements

• Influenza vaccine proof required from October through March
• If declining flu vaccination, masking attestation and influenza vaccine declination forms are required
• If medically exempt, a medical accommodation form and physician-signed letter on medical office letterhead are required

Additional Notes

• Set schedule
• If TB testing is positive, a clear chest X-ray and current TB questionnaire are required
• If the candidate has lived outside the United States for the past 5 years, an international background check is required
• Ohio residents may need a FCRA-compliant national database criminal background check to meet fingerprint requirements
