ICU Travel Nurse
Job Overview
- Location: San Francisco, California
- Employment type: Travel/Contract
- Schedule: 12-hour rotating day/night shifts, 3x12
- Weekly hours: 36
- Contract length: 25 weeks
- Floating: Must be able to float to other departments and facilities, including ICU, ED, and PACU
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in California
- ICU - Intensive Care Unit (4 years of experience)
- ICU - Intensive Care Unit experience within the last year
- 1 year or less of total travel experience in the past 5 years
- BLS issued by American Heart Association
- ACLS issued by American Heart Association
- NIHSS
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing
- Experience caring for ECMO patients as a bedside RN
- Experience caring for ECMO as primary responsibility without dedicated bedside perfusion support
- Experience with CRRT (Continuous Renal Replacement Therapy)
- Experience with IABP (Intra-Aortic Balloon Pump)
- Experience with Impella
- Experience with Ventricular Assist Devices
- Experience with Pulmonary Artery Catheters
- PACU - Post Anesthesia Care experience

- VA ECMO
- VV ECMO
- V-PA ECMO
- CRRT
- IABP
- Impella
- Ventricular assist devices
- Heart failure or cardiogenic shock
