Job Overview
- Location: Indianapolis, Indiana
- Employment type: Long-term assignment
- Schedule: Friday, Saturday, Sunday, 1:00 PM to 1:00 AM
- Contract length: 13 weeks
Required Qualifications
- Valid CT Technologist license in Indiana
- CT Technologist experience within the last year
- 1 year of CT Technologist experience
- BLS issued by American Heart Association
- Driver's License

- Signed assignment agreement required before onboarding
- Education verification required
- Employment verification required
- Criminal background check required
- Drug screen required
- Skills checklist required
- Core competencies assessment required
- Health statement or physical exam required
- Fit test required
- MMR documentation required
- Varicella documentation required
- Hepatitis B documentation required
- Tdap documentation required

Additional Notes
- Must complete onboarding education attestation
- Must complete license/certificate verification within 30 days prior to start
