LDRP Registered Nurse
Location
- Dickinson, North Dakota
Contract Length
- 13 weeks
Shift
- Nights, 12-hour shifts
- 36 hours per week
Required Qualifications
- Active RN license
- 2 years of experience
- BLS certification
- ACLS certification
- NRP certification
Schedule Requirements
- Block scheduling
- Every third weekend
- Holidays as needed
- Floating to MSP/ED for helping hands
Unit Details
- Labor and delivery/postpartum unit
- 4 labor and delivery beds
- 7 postpartum beds
- Typical patients include laboring patients over 35 weeks and mother/baby couplets
- RN drips include magnesium, oxytocin, LR, Zofran, and postpartum medications
- Neonatal respiratory equipment may be used for troubleshooting
- Charge nurse is present on each shift and takes an assignment

- No clinical involvement
- 3 unit-specific orientation shifts
- Scrubs provided
- Rural setting with limited services
- RTO must be submitted upfront; additional RTO will not be approved
- Facial hair may affect fit testing requirements
