Job Overview

Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in Ohio
- Stepdown experience within the last year
- 1 year of Stepdown experience
- BLS issued by American Heart Association
- ACLS issued by American Heart Association
- NIHSS
- Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
- Driver's License
Health and Immunization Requirements
- Influenza vaccine documentation or approved declination/medical accommodation during flu season
- MMR immunity or acceptable booster process
- Varicella immunity or acceptable booster process
- Hepatitis B series, partial series, or signed declination
- Tdap within the last 10 years
- TB testing with 2-step PPD or IGRA
- Fit test completed within 1 year of start
- COVID-19 vaccine is preferred, not required
