Interventional Cardiac Cath Lab Nurse
Location
- Chardon, Ohio
Contract
- 13 weeks
- LTA employment type
Schedule
- 07:00 - 17:30
- 24/7 on-call coverage
- 11–12 days per 6-week schedule
Required Qualifications
- Active RN license
- BLS certification
- ACLS certification
- Experience with balloon pump, Impella, OCT, IVUS, Inari, and FFR
- Temporary licenses are not accepted
Preferred Qualifications
- Epic Cupid documentation familiarity
Onboarding Requirements
- Government-issued photo ID
- 2-step TB test or QuantiFERON/T-SPOT
- Drug screen
- Influenza vaccine documentation or approved exemption process
- MMR immunity documentation
- Varicella immunity documentation
- Hepatitis B documentation
- Tdap vaccination within the last 10 years
- Fit test
- Physical exam stating ability to work without restrictions
- Education verification
- Employment verification
