Vascular Step Down RN

Job Overview

Location: Cleveland, Ohio
Specialty: RN Step Down
Shift: 07:00 - 19:30
Contract length: 13 weeks

Required Qualifications

Valid RN license in Ohio.
Stepdown experience within the last year.
1 year of Stepdown experience.
BLS issued by the American Heart Association.
ACLS issued by the American Heart Association.
NIHSS.
Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing.
Driver's License.

Onboarding / Compliance

Submission packet must include resume, job application, and prior employment form.
Badge photo required.
Module completion certificate required before clearance.
Competency exam required with a passing score of at least 80%.
Core competencies required with a passing score of at least 80%.
MMR, varicella, hepatitis B, Tdap, fit test, and TB screening are required for onboarding.
COVID-19 vaccination is preferred but not required.
Influenza vaccine is required during flu season; declination or medical exemption forms are available if applicable.
