Job Details
- Location: Wichita, Kansas
- Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM
- Contract length: 13 weeks
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in Kansas
- Med Surg (2 years of experience)
- Med Surg experience within the last year
- BLS issued by American Heart Association
- NIH Certification
- MOAB Moderate Risk
- Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
- Driver's License
Health and Immunization Requirements
- MMR documentation
- Fit test
- Hepatitis B documentation
- Health statement or completed physical exam
- 2-step PPD or IGRA/T-Spot
- Varicella documentation
- Tdap within 10 years
Optional
- Influenza vaccine
- Positive PPD with negative chest X-ray and annual TB questionnaire
- Unit-specific checklist
- Hiring manager evaluation
- Name change document
Additional Notes
- MOAB Moderate Risk training is required
- Color vision screening is required
- Background and verification items must be kept current during the assignment
