Job Overview

Required Qualifications
- Valid Cath Lab Technologist license in Maryland
- Cath Lab Technologist experience within the last year
- 1 year of Cath Lab Technologist experience
- ARRT or RCIS
- ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support issued by American Heart Association
- BLS - Basic Life Support issued by American Heart Association
- On-call availability
Preferred Experience
- Structural heart experience preferred
Additional Requirements
- Government-issued photo ID
- Proof of E-Verify or attestation
- 7-year criminal background check
- EPLS/GSA/SAM check
- HHS/OIG check
- Transcript/diploma or education verification showing highest degree completed
- Fingerprinting completed in Maryland, with results available before start
- Physical exam within 1 year of start
- Fit test within 12 months of start and updated annually
- Tdap vaccination within the last 10 years
- Negative TB screening or chest x-ray
- Positive titer or vaccination documentation for measles, mumps, rubella, varicella, and hepatitis B
- 11-panel drug screen including cotinine/nicotine and marijuana
- Flu vaccination or approved exemption during flu season
- Eye exam within 6 months of start and repeated annually
- Color blind exam within 5 years of start
- 2 clinical references
- Employment application/resume
- Skills checklist for the applicable unit
- Radiation exposure attestation for applicable radiology-related assignments
