Telemetry Nurse

Overview

Travel/contract role in Cleveland, Ohio
20-week assignment; 13 weeks also accepted
Night shift: 3x12-hour shifts, 7:00 PM–7:00 AM
36 hours per week

Required Qualifications

Valid RN license in Ohio
Telemetry (1.5 years of experience)
Telemetry experience within the last year
ACLS issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
BLS issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
NIHSS
Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing

Preferred Qualifications

NIH Stroke Certification

Schedule

Night shift
3 twelve-hour shifts per week

Government-issued photo ID
Background check
Fingerprinting and fingerprint attestation
Education verification
Primary source license verification
Nursys verification
Monthly EPLS/GSA/SAM and HHS/OIG checks
Baseline competency exam during orientation
Physical exam within 1 year of start
Fit mask within 12 months of start
Tdap vaccination or approved exemption
TB screening or chest X-ray, depending on history
Measles, mumps, rubella, varicella, hepatitis B, flu, and drug screening documentation as applicable
Eye exam within 1 year of start
Completion of facility onboarding modules before start
