Labor and Delivery Nurse

• Lakin, Kansas

• Travel/Contract

Schedule

• Night shift, 3x12 hours
• 6:00 PM to 6:00 AM
• Every other weekend required
• Block scheduling allowed

Contract Length

• 13 weeks

Key Responsibilities

• Labor and delivery nurse role
• Floats to Med/Surg and ER
• May be assigned to skilled swing bed, medical, or ER patients when floating
• May assist as a helper or take assigned patients when no patients are available in the primary area

Required Qualifications

• Valid RN license in Kansas
• Labor and Delivery (2 years of experience)
• Labor and Delivery experience within the last year
• One completed travel assignment
• BLS issued by American Red Cross or American Heart Association
• ACLS issued by American Red Cross or American Heart Association
• NRP
• Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing

Preferred Qualifications

• Charge experience
