Job Overview

• Location: Ann Arbor, Michigan
• Employment type: LTA
• Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM
• Schedule: Every other weekend as needed; up to one call weekend per month; holidays as assigned; may be asked to help with critical staffing

Required Qualifications

• CT Technologist experience within the last year
• BLS issued by American Heart Association
• Resume
• Skills checklist completed within the past year
• Two professional references

Onboarding Requirements

• COVID-19 vaccine documentation, declination, or exemption
• 10-panel drug screen completed within 30 days of start
• MMR documentation
• Fit test within one year of start
• Hepatitis B series or declination
• TB screening: 2-step PPD or IGRA within one year of start; if positive, chest X-ray within one year of start with TB questionnaire
• Varicella documentation
• Tdap within the past 10 years
• Physical exam/health statement within the last year
