Home Health Occupational Therapist

Location

  • Santa Maria, California

Contract

  • 13 weeks
  • Travel contract
  • 8-hour day shifts
  • 40 hours per week

Required Qualifications

  • Active California occupational therapist license
  • BLS certification
  • 2 full years of experience
  • Experience with OASIS
  • 1 year of experience working in PT/OT/speech

Schedule

  • Majority of hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
  • Every 3rd weekend
  • Minor holidays required; major holidays only if needed

Work Setting

  • Home-based care
  • Assigned to a geographical region

Additional Details

  • Business attire with a white lab coat
  • No jeans
  • Mileage is not paid
  • Floor orientation is 1.5 to 2 weeks
  • Home setting experience is preferred but not required
