Emergency Room Registered Nurse
Overview
- Travel/contract role in Thomasville, Georgia
- 13-week assignment
- Day shift, 3x12 hours, 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM
- 36 hours per week
- Start date is 3 weeks from offer
- Some weekends and holidays required
- Minimal to no requested time off must be included with submission
- Possible extension
Unit Details
- Emergency department with 24 beds and a 4-recliner flex area
- Level III trauma setting
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in Georgia
- Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
- ED - Emergency Department (3 years of experience)
- ED - Emergency Department experience within the last year
- One completed travel assignment
- ACLS issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
- BLS issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
- PALS issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
- TNCC
- NIHSS
- Driver's License
- Mechanical ventilation experience
- IV start/insertion experience
- Triage experience
- Telemetry monitoring experience
- Conscious sedation experience
Submission Requirements
- Qualivis submission form
- Two recent supervisor or manager references
- Skills checklist
- Updated NURSYS verification
- Copy of driver’s license to verify 50-mile radius
Additional Notes
- Royal blue scrubs required and not provided
- EMR systems used: PICIS and Soarian Clinicals
