- RTO and scheduling requests must be communicated during submission and interview
Required Qualifications
- Valid Ohio Respiratory Therapist license
- 2 years of Respiratory Therapist experience
- Respiratory Therapist experience within the last year
- BLS - Basic Life Support issued by American Heart Association
- NBRC

- Negative TB screening or chest x-ray, as applicable
- Measles, mumps, rubella, hepatitis B, varicella, and flu documentation or approved exemption
- Negative 10-panel drug screen

- Badge must be obtained from the facility before start
