Role Summary
Care for critically ill patients in the Cardiac Cath Lab during Interventional Cardiology and Endovascular procedures. The assignment includes STEMI call with a 30-minute response time.
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in Ohio
- Cardiac Cath Lab (1 year of experience)
- Cardiac Cath Lab experience within the last year
- ACLS issued by American Heart Association
- BLS issued by American Heart Association
- Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
- Experience with intra-aortic balloon pump (IABP)
- Experience with Impella
- Ventilator management
- Pre/Post Cath Lab experience
Schedule
- 0630-5, 0700-1730, or 0800-1830
- Holidays and on-call shifts are assigned by unit rotation
- Minimum call back for STEMI: 4 hours
