Job Title: Travel Rad Tech (XR/CT)
Facility: Reeves County Hospital District
Shift: Mon-Fri 3:30 PM – Midnight
Start Date: 10/11/2025
Assignment Length: 13 weeks
Guaranteed Hours: 40 hours per week
Weekly Taxable Pay: $2,245.32
Weekly Stipend: $1,365.00
Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated Radiologic Technologist with CT experience to join Reeves County Hospital District on a 13-week travel assignment. This position requires working Monday through Friday from 3:30 PM to Midnight, with on-call duties. The ideal candidate must be able to arrive at the facility within 15 minutes of being called during on-call periods.
The technologist will perform a balanced mix of X-ray and CT procedures, approximately a 50/50 ratio, ensuring comprehensive imaging support. While CT certification is not mandatory, extensive experience in CT imaging is required to ensure quality patient care and workflow efficiency.

Certifications and Licenses:
- ARRT Certification in Radiography
- CT Certification (preferred but not required)
- Valid State Medical Radiologic Technologist License (or as required by the state)

- Proven experience in radiologic imaging with a strong emphasis on CT procedures
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
- Strong communication skills and a professional bedside manner
- Reliability and punctuality, especially for on-call duties
- Flexibility to perform both X-ray and CT imaging as required, maintaining high standards of patient care
- Ability to adapt to new environments quickly and work as part of a team
Preferred Education & Experience:
- Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Radiologic Technology or related field
- Minimum of 2 years of recent radiology and CT imaging experience in a hospital setting
- Prior travel or temporary staffing experience is a plus
- Knowledge of radiation safety protocols and patient positioning techniques
