Description

Unit Name: RN Case Manager – Case Management.
Brief Unit Description: Coverage for inpatient medical surgical.
Years of Experience Required: 10+ years.
Skill Sets Required: Case Management, Utilization Management and Discharge Planning.
Clinician to Patient Ratio: 1:15
Patient Population: Adult
Bed Count: 200.
EMR (Charting System): EPIC.
Floating Required: Yes.
Rotating Shifts Required: No.
Certifications Required: Certified Case Manager (preferred), AHA BLS.
Additional Information: Weekend commitment – up to every other weekend.
