POSITION SUMMARY LCSW/LMSW

POSITION DUTIES They should be able to assist the case managers with removing barriers to transition to the next level of care

MINIMUM REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS 3+ YRS EXP; DCP in an acute care setting; GA license

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS Kaiser experience

LENGTH OF ASSIGNMENT 13 weeks

SHIFT / HOURS PER WEEK 10:45 AM to 09:15 PM; 3 12's M-F; will do weekend shifts EOW
