StartDate: 6/15/2026 Pay Rate: $1600.00 - $2500.00

POSITION SUMMARY – LICSW Social Worker

POSITION DUTIES – Behavioral health assessment, diagnosis, treatment planning, discharge planning for post-acute placements (understanding SNF level of care, understanding regulatory requirements). 

MINIMUM REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS – WA LICSW; Master’s Degree in Social Work; 2 years of recent acute inpatient social work/case management experience; 4 years of overall social work experience; Epic experience; Travel experience

LENGTH OF ASSIGNMENT – 13 weeks

SHIFT / HOURS PER WEEK – Variable start time. Will have break in schedule when scheduled from days to nights. Manager will be give more details of this in the manager interview. Every other or every third weekend.
