Description

Shift: Day 5x8-Hour (07:30 - 16:00) Work Experience:

Assess clients’ emotional, mental, and social needs through interviews and evaluations to create appropriate care plans.
Provide counseling, crisis intervention, and support services for individuals, families, and groups facing personal or social challenges.
Coordinate with healthcare providers, community agencies, and support programs to connect clients with needed resources and services.
Maintain accurate client records, monitor treatment progress, and ensure compliance with social work laws and ethical standards

License:
MSW LMSW Certifications:
BLS/CPR Certification.
