POSITION SUMMARY – RN Case Manager

POSITION DUTIES – Coordinate inpatients and outpatients in the overall admission process and access to healthcare.

MINIMUM REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS –

• CO/compact RN license
• Graduate of an accredited or state board of nursing approved Registered/Professional Nursing program
• 3 year's RN Case Management Experience

LENGTH OF ASSIGNMENT – 4 weeks

SHIFT / HOURS PER WEEK – 3-12 hour days with weekend rotation, no call

SYSTEMS – Epic

START DATE – 9/15/2026
