RN Outpatient Case Manager
- Coordinate inpatients and outpatients in the overall admission process and access to healthcare
SCHEDULE: 40-hours per week.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Graduate of an accredited or state board of nursing approved Registered/Professional Nursing program
- State licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN).
- Minimum of 3 year's RN Case Management Experience is required.
