RN Outpatient Case Manager

  • Coordinate inpatients and outpatients in the overall admission process and access to healthcare

SCHEDULE: 40-hours per week. 

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Graduate of an accredited or state board of nursing approved Registered/Professional Nursing program
  • State licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN).
  • Minimum of 3 year's RN Case Management Experience is required.
