Trauma Performance Improvement Nurse Remote
StartDate: 8/31/2026 Pay Rate: $1800.00 - $2500.00

POSITION SUMMARY – Trauma Performance Improvement (PI) RN

POSITION DUTIES – Monitors trauma patient outcomes, conducts chart reviews and data analysis, identifies opportunities for quality and process improvement, and collaborates with multidisciplinary teams to ensure compliance with trauma program standards and optimize patient care.

MINIMUM REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS –

• CA RN license
• Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC)
• BSN or higher
• 1+ year of performance improvement experience
• 3+ year of Emergency/Critical Care/Trauma experience

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS – Emergency Nursing Pediatric Course (ENPC)

LENGTH OF ASSIGNMENT – 13 weeks

SHIFT / HOURS PER WEEK – Day shift (normal business hours), M-F. 40hrs/week.

START DATE – ASAP

General Comments

TYPE OF JOB ORDER – Travel, but will consider hybrid model with remote days for a lower bill rate

START DATE – ASAP

REQUIRED SKILLS – 

• 1+ year of performance improvement experience
• 3+ year of Emergency/Critical Care/Trauma experience

#OF WEEKS – 13 weeks

SHIFT/HOURS – Day shift (normal business hours), M-F.

EXPECTED HOURS – 40

LICENSE/CREDENTIALS REQ –

• CA RN license
• Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC)
• BSN or higher

BILL RATE –

• Full Onsite: $135 – 6.25% = $126.56
• Hybrid: $90 – 6.25% = $84.37

OVERTIME RATE – All Inclusive Rate + $10
