POSITION DUTIES DCP in an acute care setting

MINIMUM REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS 
1 year case manager experience
Oregon & WA RN license active on file
Weekends and Holiday support required.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS Kaiser experience

LENGTH OF ASSIGNMENT 13 weeks

SHIFT / HOURS PER WEEK 11:00 AM to 07:30 PM; 8 hours/5 day/week; variable Su-Sa; 11-1930, 40 GWW
