RN Case Manager
StartDate: 12/7/2026 Pay Rate: $1800.00 - $2500.00
POSITION SUMMARY – RN Case Manager
POSITION DUTIES – This role is not involved in direct bedside patient care. The Case Management team works across the hospital to facilitate safe, appropriate, and coordinated discharge planning based on the needs of each patient.
MINIMUM REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS – RN PA license and BLS. 2 years of RN experience, 1 year in specialty.
LENGTH OF ASSIGNMENT – 13 Weeks
SHIFT / HOURS PER WEEK – (08:00 - 16:30)
