Qualifications and Experience:

• Active and unencumbered RN license
• Recent experience in Interventional Radiology (IR) nursing
• Strong understanding of IR procedures (pre-procedure, intra-procedure, post-procedure care)
• BLS and ACLS certifications required
• Excellent critical thinking and assessment skills
• Ability to function effectively in a fast-paced, high-acuity environment

Responsibilities:

• Perform assessment, monitoring, and documentation of patients before, during, and after IR procedures
• Administer moderate sedation and monitor patients for potential complications
• Collaborate with the IR team to implement procedural plans and respond to emergency situations
• Provide patient education regarding procedures, preparation, and recovery
• Maintain accurate electronic health records and adhere to protocol standards
• Uphold patient safety, privacy, and dignity throughout the care process

$2,399 - $2,530/Week Estimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 40 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
