COVID, Booster and Flu Vaccine Required. Medical Declination Accepted Only For Booster . No Religious Declinations Accepted.
CLN will be primarily based in emergency room

REQUIRED REGISTRIES: RT(R)(CT) , RI license, BLS
EQUIPMENT: Siemens Definition AS+ GE VCT 64 Slice EPIC experience a plus, knowledge of Medrad injectors, GE PACS experience a plus

SHIFT/HOURS 3 12s Nights 7pm-7:30am (Thurs, Fri, Sat) WEEKEND: Yes No Call. LICENSE: RI 3-4 weeks PARKING FEES: No DRESS CODE: Scrubs, no hooded sweatshirts, in accordance with hospital policy
