This contract nursing opportunity requires expertise in emergency care, adaptability, and excellent organizational skills to thrive in a unique work environment where patient care is provided both in designated bays and hallways.

Schedule & Hours:

• 36 hours per week
• Day/night rotating shifts
• Every other weekend required
• Every other holiday coverage required

Key Qualifications:

• Current RN license with valid credentials
• Minimum of 1 year of recent travel nursing experience
• Proven experience in Emergency Room (ER) nursing environments
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking abilities
• Exceptional adaptability; comfortable delivering care in busy and unconventional spaces
• Outstanding communication and teamwork skills

• Deliver expert emergency nursing care to patients under rapidly changing conditions
• Quickly adapt to providing care in hallways as well as traditional patient bays
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams while moving across multiple care areas to gather supplies, medications, and coordinate patient care
• Respond to high turnover and fast-paced patient flow with efficiency and attention to detail
• Maintain thorough documentation and uphold safety standards despite a high level of activity
• Support colleagues in managing the demands of a bustling ER and maintaining positive patient outcomes

$2,057 - $2,176/Week Estimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 40 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
