Description
Shift: 4x10 days 730A-6Ppm (shifts will be scheduled per unit needs; with a few Possible Late shifts a week.)
Is on-call REQ? Flexible call schedule (Roughly 8/month) - varies with rotation
Holiday requirements: Holiday call may be required
Years of experience REQ: 2
Experience required: Hybrid OR Experience Required
Extensive endovascular experience including:
FEVAR/PMEG
EVAR
TEVAR
AAA/TAA
Angiograms
Declots
Lysis
Stenting
Embolization
TAVRs
MUST have greater than 1 year of Zeego and Pheno experience
Experience with Penumbra, AngioJet, Shockwave, IVUS, Jet Stream, Medrad etc.
Must work well under pressure and independently in a high-acuity environment
EPIC experience is necessary
No scrubbing needed
Knowledge of PACS, Hybrid Seimens/advanced vascular features & troubleshooting (Pheno/Zeego), Knowledge of Seimens Portable C-Arm functions to include digital subtraction, road mapping, measurements, etc., EPIC Charting system, Familiar with vascular supplies (balloons, diagnostic caths, wires, sheaths, etc)
First-timers accepted: Not preferred
Certs REQ: ARRT, BLS
Required: Radiation badge. radiation badge to be provided by agency
Open to accommodating block schedule? Requires manager's approval upon request. Dependent on unit's needs
What is the local radius rule? 60 miles
Locals accepted: Yes, on a case by case basis at 10% less than the posted bill rate
RTO Restrictions: all RTO must be provided at the time of submission. Approvals based on dept needs
Facility able to call off traveler 1 shift per 2 weeks (pay period). These hours can be broken down to add up to 1 shift.

Charting: EPIC
Parking Cost: Parking management office (located 91presidents street) to obtain parking permit. $20 registration fee for a hang tag which will allow use of the garage. No additional fees. Hang tag will not cover parking in any other locations. If parking outside of the 91 Street Parking Garage, additional fees may be incurred.
**Travelers should be aware that during hurricane season, all employees and contractors may be assigned to emergency response teams. If this is a problem, please ensure travelers do not confirm a new or ext assignment during the season. Hurricane season runs from June through November each year. The peak months for hurricane activity are August and September.**
