Description

MANDATORY QUESTIONNAIRE

3. Are there any barriers (ex. upcoming vacation) that would prevent your candidate from completing compliance on time? The compliance deadline is 12 Noon EST the Wednesday prior to the start date. (Y or N)
4. Is your candidate aware of the Pass Fail EKG exam required by all RNs for Cone Health regardless of specialty? (Y or N)
4x10s, Days, 7a-530p
Monday - Friday with lates required a few times/month.
STEMI call required. Approx. one week worth of call over a 12-16 week period. This includes 24 hrs. of call on a Saturday and 24 hours on a Sunday. Call includes some "half" nights (from 530 pm- 9 pm) and some 530 pm- 7 am call shifts. Must be prepared to arrive and be ready to work within 30 min. of STEMI activation.
Holidays as needed. FIRST TIME TRAVELERS - OK! Minimum 2rs exp required.
*ACLS, BLS required.
*Scrub REQ
Knowledgeable of Orbital atherectomy, Rotational atherectomy, IABP, IMPELLA, OTC, ECMO, flow wire, manifold, Sheath pulling, and all other Cath lab adjuncts. Will only ask to monitor case if proficient with XPER and EPIC's CUPID.
Scrubs provided.
