Located approximately an hour from both Baltimore and Washington DC, Frederick Health Hospital offers a suburban lifestyle close to city life. The area offers mountainous views, restaurants and shopping, parks, civil war history, a downtown and historic district.

Labor & Delivery provides obstetric care for patients who are 20+ weeks pregnant and up to 6 weeks postpartum. Labor & Delivery is comprised of 14 L&D rooms, an OB Triage unit, OB ORs, and an OB PACU

We have 5 NEW ROOMS, with State of the Art Equipment, Modern Technologies. All designed with comfort, safety and family centered care in mind to enhance the experience for growing families.

OB TRIAGE EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

3 years current and strong L&D

ACLS, BLS, NRP, C-EFM Cert Required

Active fetal monitoring certification required: C-EFM preferred, or AWHONN Intermediate is accepted but C-EFM must be obtained if contract extensions meet or exceed 1 year from initial contract start date.

MD/ Compact license in hand

Rotating weekends and holidays! No call required!
