Shift: 3x12s 1830-0700 WEEKEND NIGHTS
Daily Patient Census: 125
Years of experience REQ: 2 years
First-timers accepted: (Y/N): Yes
Certification Required: ARRT (CT), SCRQSA
Is on-call REQ? (Y/N) What is the req? No
Locals accepted: (Y/N) What is the local radius rule? No; 75 miles
Pending State License accepted: (Y/N) Yes; Must obtain prior starting
RTO Restrictions: All RTO must be included on the initial submission. RTO requested after the fact will not be considered.
*SRHS does have an attendance policy for travelers. If more than two shifts per 13-week contract are missed without reasonable explanation subject to SRHS discretion, contract will be reviewed for cancellation.*
