Pros

ICU is absolutely wonderful. Great director and coworkers. Would recommend over and over. The ER is also wonderful.

Cons

Leadership and upper management aren’t the best. Don’t always keep the employees best interest in mind. Poor decision making skills with staffing and admissions.
