Description
Seeking an experienced Registered Nurse – Med Surg/Telemetry with 1–2+ years of recent acute care MS/Tele experience. Telemetry experience is required. The RN will care for adult patients with diagnoses including COPD, CHF, sepsis, diabetes, pneumonia, and alcohol withdrawal in a fast-paced hospital setting.
Candidates must be comfortable administering antibiotics, anticoagulants, blood products, Lasix, and amiodarone, while utilizing equipment such as Pyxis, Zebra scanners, bladder scanners, dopplers, and general medical equipment. Strong assessment skills, cardiac monitoring knowledge, and adaptability are essential.
Floating may be required and block scheduling is not guaranteed. Charge experience is highly preferred. First-time travelers will be considered. EPIC experience preferred.
Certifications required: AHA BLS (ACLS preferred) + Active MA RN License (Flu vaccine required)
