📍 Cambridge, MA | 🗓️ 13 Weeks | ⏱️ 36 hrs/week – Rotating Shifts

Seeking an experienced Psych Registered Nurse (RN) with 2+ years of recent psychiatric nursing experience in an inpatient behavioral health setting. Candidates should be comfortable caring for adult psychiatric patients in a fast-paced acute care environment and possess strong therapeutic communication and de-escalation skills.

The RN will provide comprehensive psychiatric nursing care, including patient assessments, medication administration, crisis intervention, care planning, and collaboration with interdisciplinary behavioral health teams. Charge nurse capability is highly preferred.

Floating may be required, and block scheduling is not guaranteed. Candidates must be available to work every other weekend and major holidays. Prior travel experience is preferred. EPIC experience preferred.

Certifications required: AHA BLS + Active MA RN License

Patterns Hiring Job ID #11710. Pay package is based on 12 hour shifts and 36 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
