Description

Job Title: Physical Therapist (PT) – Outpatient Rehab
Facility: Northside Hospital Forsyth – Outpatient Rehab Services
Location: Cumming, GA 30041
Contract: 13 Weeks | Travel Only
Guaranteed Hours: 40 Hours/Week
Shift: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–6:00 PM
Shift Type: 10-Hour Days
Call: None
Floating: Optional
Prior Travel: Not Required
Radius: No local candidates within 50 miles

Position Overview

Seeking an experienced Physical Therapist for an outpatient rehabilitation setting. The PT will manage a patient caseload with a focus on pelvic health or strong orthopedic rehabilitation experience.

Requirements
Minimum 2 years of recent Physical Therapy experience
Georgia PT License required
AHA BLS required
Bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited Physical Therapy program
No new graduates
Must have either:
Pelvic PT experience with Herman & Wallace Level 1 certification, OR
APTA Pelvic Health certification, OR
Strong orthopedic PT background with post-op, spine, lower extremity (LE), and sports experience
Holiday Expectations

Traveler must work:

2 of 3 major holidays: Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, New Year's Day
1 minor holiday: Friday after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, or New Year's Eve

Patterns Hiring Job ID #119545-0925. Pay package is based on 10 hour shifts and 40.0 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
