CT Technologist (ARRT)

Location: Canton, GA
Facility: Northside Hospital Cherokee

Contract Length: 13 Weeks

Shift: 10-Hour Nights
Schedule: Tuesday–Friday, 9:00 PM – 7:30 AM
Guaranteed Hours: 40 Hours/Week

Job Summary

Northside Hospital Cherokee is seeking an experienced CT Technologist to join its CT Imaging team. The ideal candidate will have strong CT imaging experience, excellent patient care skills, and the ability to work independently during overnight shifts in a fast-paced hospital environment.

Responsibilities
Perform CT imaging procedures according to physician orders and department protocols.
Produce high-quality diagnostic images while ensuring patient safety.
Prepare patients for CT exams and explain procedures.
Administer contrast materials when appropriate and monitor patient responses.
Maintain accurate patient records and imaging documentation.
Collaborate with radiologists, physicians, nurses, and healthcare staff.
Follow radiation safety standards and quality assurance guidelines.
Utilize Cerner EMR for documentation and patient management.
Requirements
Minimum 2 Years of Recent CT Technologist Experience.
Current ARRT Certification Required.
Current AHA BLS Certification Required.
Experience working in an acute care or hospital setting preferred.
Cerner experience preferred.
Ability to work independently on night shift.
