Description

Travel PACU RN – Woodstock, GA
Location: Woodstock, GA
Specialty: PACU / Post-Anesthesia Care Unit
Contract: 13 weeks
Start Date: 10/05/2026
Shift: Days | 8 hours
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 5:30 AM–2:00 PM
Hours: 40 hours/week
Assignment Type: Travel

Job Details:
Provide post-anesthesia care to patients recovering from surgical procedures.
Monitor patients during the immediate post-operative recovery period.
Assess vital signs, pain levels, airway status, and overall patient condition.
Administer medications and treatments as ordered.
Collaborate with anesthesia, surgical, and nursing teams to ensure safe patient recovery.
Document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately.

Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of recent PACU/Post-Anesthesia experience
AHA BLS required
ACLS required
Previous travel experience required
Floating may be required
No on-call requirement

Holiday Requirement:
Must work 2 of 3 major holidays: Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, or New Year's Day, plus 1 minor holiday: Day after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, or New Year's Eve.
