Job Title: Travel Occupational Therapist (SNF Rehab)

Job Type: Contract (26 Weeks)
Start Date: May 18, 2026

Job Description:
Seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist for a contract assignment in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) setting. The role involves performing patient assessments, developing and implementing treatment plans, and delivering therapy services to adult patients across a range of rehabilitation needs.

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of OT experience (SNF, acute, rehab hospital, or outpatient)
Active state OT license (or ability to obtain prior to start)
BLS certification required
Experience with EMR systems (Meditech/EPIC preferred)

Schedule:

5-day work week with possible weekend rotation
Facility operates 7 days/week (day shifts)
Flexible scheduling based on department needs

Additional Info:

Must be able to work weekends/holidays as needed
Arrival required prior to start date for onboarding/health clearance

Patterns Hiring Job ID #295779. Pay package is based on 9 hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
