📍 Janesville, WI | 🗓️ 13 Weeks | ❤️ Cardiac Cath Lab / EP Technologist – Days

Mercyhealth Hospital and Trauma Center is seeking an experienced Cardiac Cath Lab / Electrophysiology Technologist for a 13-week assignment supporting a high-acuity cardiovascular program. This role is ideal for a technologist experienced in Cath Lab, EP procedures, structural heart interventions, and advanced cardiac imaging environments.

The technologist will assist with Cardiac Catheterization, Electrophysiology procedures, TAVR (Transcatheter Aortic Valve Replacement), and Left Atrial Appendage Closure procedures, while maintaining sterile technique, supporting patient care, and ensuring radiation safety compliance.

Schedule:

Monday – Friday
Between 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM
40 hours per week
1–2 weeknight call shifts
Every 4th weekend call rotation
Holiday coverage as needed

Requirements:

Graduate of an accredited Radiology Program
Active ARRT Certification
Active Wisconsin Radiology Technologist License
Registered Cardiovascular Technologist Certification
Current BLS Certification
Current ACLS Certification
EPIC experience preferred

Responsibilities:

Assist with Cardiac Cath Lab and EP procedures
Support TAVR and Left Atrial Appendage Closure cases
Prepare patients and equipment using sterile technique
Monitor and document procedural events and patient data
Maintain radiation safety standards for patients and staff
Prepare, manage, and process sterile instruments and supplies
Assist with patient monitoring and procedural support
