📍 Mauston, WI | 🗓️ 13 Weeks | 🏥 House Supervisor RN – Nights

Seeking an experienced House Supervisor Registered Nurse for a 13-week night shift assignment. This leadership role is ideal for an RN with strong clinical judgment who can oversee hospital operations, coordinate patient flow, support nursing staff, and serve as the primary resource across multiple departments during off-shift hours.

Schedule:
• Night Shift – 6:00 PM to 6:30 AM
• Three 12-hour shifts per week
• 36 guaranteed hours
• Every other weekend
• Holiday rotation as needed

Responsibilities:
• Coordinate patient care and patient flow across multiple hospital departments
• Assist with admissions, transfers, and patient placement
• Serve as the clinical resource and mentor for nursing staff
• Support direct patient care as needed
• Coordinate staffing needs between departments
• Assist with after-hours pharmacy needs
• Lead incident command during emergency or mass casualty events
• Promote quality, safety, regulatory compliance, and professional nursing practice

Requirements:
• Active Wisconsin RN License
• Current BLS Certification
• Current ACLS, PALS, and NRP Certifications
• Minimum 3 years of acute care nursing experience
• Charge Nurse or leadership experience strongly preferred
• BSN preferred

Additional Details:
• Oversees Acute Care, Emergency Department, Surgery, Birthing Center, Cancer, Wound Care, and Infusion departments
• Meditech EMR
• No on-call required
