Description
The MRI Technologist is responsible for performing MRI procedures safely and efficiently while providing high-quality patient care. The technologist will operate MRI equipment, with GE equipment experience preferred, and ensure examinations are completed according to established clinical and safety standards.
This position requires working 8- and 12-hour evening shifts, four shifts per week, including every weekend. The technologist will work closely with patients, physicians, and the imaging team to ensure accurate diagnostic imaging and a positive patient experience.
Requirements:
Graduate of an approved two-year Radiologic Technology program
Current ARRT(MRI) registration
Current AHA BLS/BCLS certification
Minimum 2 years of MRI experience
Current, active state license
Experience with GE MRI equipment
Ability to work every weekend and required holidays
Experience with EPIC preferred
