Description

Job Title: Clinical Social Worker
Location: Holyoke, MA
Duration: 13 weeks
Schedule: Day Shift, 40 hours/week
Start Date: ASAP

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Clinical Social Worker to provide comprehensive behavioral health services in an inpatient setting.

Responsibilities:
Conduct biopsychozocial assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
Provide individual and family therapy and clinical interventions.
Coordinate case management, discharge planning, and aftercare services.
Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, families, and community agencies.
Perform risk and safety assessments and document patient progress in the EHR.
Assist with insurance utilization reviews and care coordination.

Requirements:
Active Massachusetts LCSW, LICSW, or qualifying LMHC license, as applicable to the position.
Clinical Master's degree required.
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
Inpatient behavioral health or acute care experience preferred.
CANS certification required within 30 days of hire.
EHR experience preferred; EPIC experience is a plus.
Willingness to float to similar or lower-acuity units and work every other weekend and holiday.

Patterns Hiring Job ID #301177-1021. Pay package is based on 8 hour shifts and 40.0 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
